Ingredients
- 135g Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Caster Sugar
- 130ml Milk
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
Method
Put everything except the butter in the mixer and mix well
Add the melted butter and mix some more
Fry in a buttered pan on one side until the top starts to bubble and then flip
Serve with maple syrup and maybe some crispy streaky bacon
